"Carbs": This depends on the type of carbohydrates you mean. You need certain types for healthy body functioning. Vegetables & fruits are carbohydrates -- just as grains, potatoes, breads, and sweets are. However, sweets are full of sugars that raise your blood glucose too rapidly. Avoid those -- they'll make you store fat. Can eat high fiber veggies & fruits, beans, lentils, quinoa, brown rice, etc.
