A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diabetic numbers: anyone with relative or severe insulin resistance should try to limit carb intake to 3-5 'servings' of carbohydrate, or 3-5 15g servings of carbs per meal, 3 times a day, with a late night snack of 3servins of carb before bedtime. This is a standard restriction given type 2 diabetics with moderate insulin resistance
