Ans: Well depends really need more history. Soubds like you injured the thumb at some time what kind of work do you do? Best to see your doctor for exam and good history

Finger pain: Could be several things. If you had some trauma could be a fracture or dislocation. Could also be a blood clot. Get this checked out.
