Need to recheck: You should return for a recheck appt. Strep throat symptoms pass quickly with treatment, but sometimes can relapse. But also extreme fatigue and not feeling well may indicate something else going on and so perhaps some basic blood tests are in order. Also sometimes mono can occur with strep throat and that can be tested for because that may require more time to pass.
