A member asked:

Is it bad to use non-alcoholic mouthwash 4-5 times a day?

No: Non-alcoholic mouth wash is a good product to rinse with! most contain ingredients that will help keep your teeth and gums cleaner and healthy. Brushing your teeth more than twice a day is good for you too! removing plaque and bacteria and food particles from your mouth can only benefit your oral health.

Why: It may not harm you, but the bigger question is why do you need to use it so often. Are you masking more severe issues of your mouth like decay or gum disease? See your dentist.
