See your Dentist: Silver producing bacteria the usual culprit. Brushing 10x/day can severely damage gums. Dentist will evaluate tooth and gum health, check tonsils for problems, and teach you proper brushing technique, proper flossing (most likely culprit bacteria between teeth), evaluate diet, screen for systemic causes, show you how to clean tongue, etc. BTW sugar in mints feeds those smelly bugs.

Pregnancy Gingivitis: When is the last time you had a good, professional dental cleaning? Start with that (yes, it's ok to see your dentist even if you are pregnant). You may have calculus buildup which is irritating your gums, causing bleeding as well as halitosis. Explains blood clot and bad breath. All the mouthwash, mints, and brushing in the world will not solve your issues.
