Biotin,B3,Chromium &: Many vitamins have been shown to be very beneficial for diabetics. Biotin has been shown to significantly lower blood sugar in both type 1 & type 2 diabetes. Niacin, esp. When combined with chromium, helps to lower glucose levels. Magnesium, vitamin e, vit d, coenzyme q10 & Alpha lipoic acid are among the other vitamins i believe every diabetic should take.
