Concerning: Prominent lymph nodes of that size in an adult is quite concerning and should be evaluated by her physician for malignancy, blood dyscrasias,lymphoproliferative disorders.

Not necessarily: You mentioned two nodes. People have more than two nodes . If someone has enlarged nodes she should see a doctor to have this checked out. Not normal to have such enlarged nodes Best wishes.
