I had a medium size hole on the side of one of my toes, then after few days my toes started turning black, what could be the cause of this?

Emergency room now: If this is actively happening now, you need to go to the emergency room as soon as possible. It sounds as if the blood flow to your toe has stopped and it is in the process of necrosis, or dying. In addition to losing your toe, it could make you incredibly ill. This is not something to take lightly. I wish you a good outcome.
