I have no nail on my big toe due to trauma, the nail bed in the bottom corner on the one side has gone black, does this mean the nailbed is dead and the nail wont grow back please?

A new nail could grow back without any deformity or problems. If the root cells proximal nail bed were not injured your nail will grow back . It will take at least six months to grow back.
