Head ache is too much pain?

Too much Pain see MD: 25 year old male says, Headache is too much pain? Not clear if he is saying 'His headache is too much pain' or wants to know if the Definition of headache means 'Too much pain in the head'. Either way, if Headache is Frequent or persists for a long time (Days/ weeks) with or w/o other symptoms like Fever, Visual/ Auditory symptoms, stuffy nose, cough, body aches & pain, malaise etc, see MD
