Headache Rx: Run of the mill once in a while headaches can be relieved by over the counter meds such as ibuprogen, tylenol, (acetaminophen) alleve. Headaches can be caused by many things, if they occur regularly seek the consult of your doctor. P.S. as with all meds~ read the labels to determine which is right for you!

Several treatments: Key issue is intensity and frequency, and of course, if these are due to migraine. To manage pain, have found OTC naproxen sodium to work well; or one extra strength tylenol to be useful on occasion. If the pattern is disrupting your lifestyle, see a neurologist and use therapy to break up pattern.
