Viral Infection: Signs and symptoms are suggestive of an infection most likely viral. Based on the prevalence of covid-19 in your area, it may be that as well or Flu. Would recommend taking acetaminophen for fevers, staying hydrated and consider getting tested for covid and flu. Also quarantine for 14 days from symptom onset.
