It depends...: Due to our internal biological clocks it can be difficult to sleep during times you generally don't unless you get into a pattern of doing so regularly. It helps to have a dark room and comfortable bed. Try relaxation techniques like meditation. Search "sleep music" on youtube for soothing sounds that can aid sleep. Try L-Theanine and sedative herbs like valerian, passionflower,skullcap and hops.
