If you do not have to wake up during sleep, your kidney function seems intact. Voiding every 1.5 hours in average when awake is not completely normal but nothing to concern. If the frequency goes down when you are distracted you probably have a mild case of overactive bladder syndrome OAB. In this case, you can control the frequency with behavior therapies, please google behavior therapy for OAB.
