Only: Only if you don't want to die. Smoking will kill you, as well as irritating the tooth abscess.

See a dentist ASAP: Antibiotics are rarely required and should only be used as an adjunct to dental treatment for infection since they may complicate further outcome. Take the NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) to control pain and see a dentist ASAP. Quitting smoking is not easy, but you should and can do it.
