Just leave it.: Low or normal levels are usually fine. High levels can indicate some type of tissue damage but a low level shouldn't prompt any further investigation. Low levels can result from consumption of large amounts of vitamin C

Leave it alone.: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your result is in the normal range. LD can go up with just exercise. So it is prudent to follow your doctor's advice.
