Skin itching: This sounds like a yeast infection. You might want to try some gynelotrimin (clotrimazole) or monistat (generics available for both) and see if it persists.

What can be done about itching in skin folds? The itching is more intense when bathing in warm water. Medicated talcum powder gives only temporary relief. Antibiotic ointments only seem to make it worse. Cortisone cream has no effect one way or the other.
