Depends: on why the study was done in the first place. There are many reasons to get a pelvic MRI and equally as many reasons to get a follow up. It is best to talk to your doctor and what's going on. I need more information to give more information.

Without: any other details, it is impossible to venture a guess. There are multiple anatomic structures, and multiple potential innocuous or serious abnormalities that could occur. Do you have any additional information?
