$$$$$$$: If you are ready to harvest your wife's eggs, fertilize them at a fertility center and have the selected gender implanted in her womb, this is possible but may not work even in the best center.There is no diet,sexual position, medication, etc that allows you to pick gender. The sex chromosome brought by your sperm to the egg determines babies sex, so whichever one swims best does the deed.
