Ambiguous Genitalia: There are cases where babes are born with ambiguous genitalia. Another common problem is boys born without the appropriate male genitalia and thus lacking a 'uterus' due to a hormonal abnormality during gestation. It happens: This has been reported as a random malformation sequence dealing with the mullerian ducts that form the female internal organs. Sometimes called the rokitansky anomaly, it commonly has normal ovaries and tubes with no or a malformed uterus and sometimes an incomplete vagina. Childbearing using ivf ; a surrogate it the only reasonable option.
