Abscess vs cyst: You may be describing sebaceous cyst, ingrown hair or even an abscess (pus pocket). Best to see your Family Doc for examination, diagnosis & treatment. S/he may lance (drain) it if it feels full of fluid. Less likely to be lipoma which are benign but don't usually double in size overnight.
