Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Minor interactions: http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1750-0,3413-15864 reports minor interactions btwn Linzess & omeprazole. Digging further (http://goo.gl/vM0EXg), I found that "concomitant use of linaclotide with proton pump inhibitors, laxatives, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of diarrhea". Hope this helps. Always ask prescribing doc & dispensing pharmacist
