Have you been adequately evaluated, preferably by a gastroenterologist, for your abdominal distress especially if this is a rather new symptom? I'm concerned that this symptom is not simply part of an irritable bowel syndrome. At your age I think it's important to clarify the cause of your abdominal discomfort. Linzess is best taken in the AM on an empty stomach. Are thesemeds ceffective for you

Yes, it would not be a problem to take those medications before bedtime, but more importantly, you should see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis of your stomach problems. You should see your primary care doctor, or you could set up an appointment on healthtap as an initial visit to get a start on determining your problem. Good luck.
