Good question: Drug interactions with Fludrocortisone are common. Omeprazole has not been reported to have any significant interaction(s) with either fludrocort. Nor becametasone. Gastrointestinal problems are common adverse effects of fludrocortisone, and Omeprazole may be protective. Anyone taking Fludrocortisone should be sure that the prescribing physician is aware of any and all other medications taken.
