What do you mean by: safely ? There have not been any drug-drug interaction studies with Linzess as yet. There is a risk of serotonergic syndrome with combining guaifenesin, phenylnephrine, Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Vyvance. Ambien is for occasional use. I would not combine it with Valium. Other than that you're fine.

No: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and phenylephrin are both stimulants and you are on ambient, cymbals and valium which are depressants. You need a doctor who will go over your polypharmacy and redirect your multiple medications.
