See details: Why not ask your own doctor who knows your detailed history rather than someone who does not. The amount of meds you are taking requires you ask your own doctor.

What do you mean by: safely ? There have not been any drug-drug interaction studies with Linzess as yet. There is a risk of serotonergic syndrome with combining guaifenesin, phenylnephrine, Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Vyvance. Ambien is for occasional use. I would not combine it with Valium. Other than that you're fine.

No: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and phenylephrin are both stimulants and you are on ambient, cymbals and valium which are depressants. You need a doctor who will go over your polypharmacy and redirect your multiple medications.

No, drug interaction: You are exposed to many drugs with high chance for drug interactions and side effects; Take all your medications to a pharmcy and consult with the pharmacist about the chances for drug intractions. Most pharmacies provide this service for free.
