Probably a cold sore: Oral herpes outbreaks (cold sores) can vary quite a bit. If same location as previous outbreaks, and if the individual "blister like bump" otherwise looks similar, then probably it's another herpes outbreak. Outbreaks can be treated, with much more rapid healing, with a single dose of valacyclovir. It must be taken within a day. Ask your doc for a prescription to have it on hand for next outbreak.
