Many things: You need to see your gyn or a gyn so they can tell you exactly what it is and do the proper txment, cannot say without seeing it, if one of my pts had this i would make them come in to check it.

Itchy lip bump: An itchy, bumpy lip can be many things, but most are not serious. Lip biting can create mucus cysts, the most common bump.
