I am 22 yr. male, i am experiencing a squeezing and crushing sensation in my upper left chest ( around 2nd costal cartilage) when eating food. ?

FirstCheckYourDiet: If you were older I'd suggest you go get yourself checked ASAP because those kinds of discomforts could be due to a heart problem. Much less likely at your age but not impossible. Because it's when you are eating (or after?) I'd first try and see if it is something specific I'm eating that is the cause, The acid from your stomach could be coming back up. So if this persists, see a doctor.
