Feeling a certain muscle or cartilage ( i have no idea what it is) that's attached to the bottm left of my breastbone, moving or contracting everytime i cough strongly, spit. the feeling is only in that area. there are more details, let me write more?

The questions and answers are limited in length by HealthTap. Is this painful/uncomfortable or do you just feel it moving? Cartilage would be harder than muscle when palpating it. Is it pulsating like a blood vessel? If it is painful/uncomfortable, or it concerns you, have your doctor examine it to tell you what it is. Good luck!!

Been injured for about a month, primarily in the left bicep but also radiating throughout the entire arm at moments. Severity of pain goes up and down. Went to urgent treatment, who said it was a pulled bicep muscle. I was wondering about a pinched nerve. Prior to this I was jarred down and landed on my back side, while in seated position.
