The questions and answers are limited in length by HealthTap. Is this painful/uncomfortable or do you just feel it moving? Cartilage would be harder than muscle when palpating it. Is it pulsating like a blood vessel? If it is painful/uncomfortable, or it concerns you, have your doctor examine it to tell you what it is. Good luck!!
