Hi i just discovered a lump in my upper sternum tracing to the left of 2nd coastal cartilage of about 3 cm long. it doesn't cause pain that much but i feel discomfort. it's not observable with the eye but i can feel it when i'm touching it. thanks?

Lump: This lump would have to be examined by a physician in order to advise you. If the lump is immovable it may be part of the costochonral joint. Other possibilities include a lipoma,inclusion cyst,or ingrown hair. See your physician if you have concerns.
