Variety: Vitamin imbalance and emotional health are a hot topic right now. I advise my patients to take a good multivitamin with extra Vitamin D as well as L Methylfolate. You may ask your MD to run a MillineumPGT test to see if you are a low folate metabolizer. Vitamins don't replace healthy diet, water, exercise. Avoid caffeine - work on healthy sleep.

All are needed: By definition all vitamins are essential for health and deficiency of any can adversely affect our minds, nerves & digestion. Many minerals are essential as well.
