Variety: Vitamin imbalance and emotional health are a hot topic right now. I advise my patients to take a good multivitamin with extra Vitamin D as well as L Methylfolate. You may ask your MD to run a MillineumPGT test to see if you are a low folate metabolizer. Vitamins don't replace healthy diet, water, exercise. Avoid caffeine - work on healthy sleep.

They are necessary to complete functioning enzymes. They are widely distributed throughout the diet. You would have to eat a very impoverished diet to be vitamin deficient in the U.S. If you eat a wide variety of fresh foods you'll be fine, no supplemen

All are needed: By definition all vitamins are essential for health and deficiency of any can adversely affect our minds, nerves & digestion. Many minerals are essential as well. It is always best to get nutrients from our diet but the vast majority of Americans do not get adequate vitamins & minerals from diet so I advise a quality multivitamin & mineral supplement.
