Vitamin & the Gut: I presume you have a problem taking the b-vitamins. In some patients with molecular issues in the gut, they will often experience nausea and such. These individuals should perform tests for GI dyfunction, leaky gut, etc. One suggestion to getting a good source of b vitamins is to take living "friendly" bacteria aka probiotics. Good bacteria produce b-vitamins as well as vitamin k.
