Lymph channel: There is a second set of "pipe" in our body that helps the body with some clean up of infections. The red track may mean that an infection has entered the skin opening and the body is trying to contain it. This needs to be seen by an MD to assess the need for antibiotics pretty soon - especially if hot to touch and painful. Good luck!
