Pop your ears: Assuming you don't have a past history of ear problems this is likely a temporary issue. Pinch your nose and blow to clear your ears, just like on an airplane. Many ENT docs will use an oral steroid and then, if the fluid does not clear, make a small. Temporary hole in the eardrum to drain the fluid.
