Hello, i was diagnosed with a slap tear in my left shoulder in november of 2014. i never received treatment and the pain is worse. what comes next?

Up to you.: SLAP is an acronym which stands for "superior labrum anterior to posterior" A SLAP tear is an abnormal detachment of the labrum. near the attachment of the the biceps anchor. I advise you to make an appointment with an Orthopedic doctor who specializing in shoulders. They can examine your shoulder, old MRI etc and help you come up with a treatment plan.
