My 1yo has a stuffy nose, no cold or illness. is there anything that can be used to clear his nasal passage? saline drops haven't helped much.

Saline drops are: the only thing recommended at this age, along with suctioning his nose with a nasal aspirator. You can also use a vaporizer or humidifier in his room if your house is dry. If he has a fever or it's affecting his sleeping or eating, he should be seen by his doctor to make sure there's not an ear infection or other problem.
