Continuewhaturdoing&: When babies get an increase in mucus production it can cause various problems including the one you describe.I recommend substituting his milk with clear fluid (water, pedialyte etc) for a day or so.Milk can increase mucus production so stopping it for a short period can provide some relief.The clear liquids will help keep the mucus thinner which makes it easier for your baby to handle.
