What can i take to help with my stuffy nose . i have a cold and my nose is bothering me . i do take allergy meds so i want to make sure its safe to take with it.i have a cool mist , sniffed garlic , used saline but nothing has helped. i cant sleep?

saline, antihistamines, nasal antihistamines, short term use of afrin, nasal steroids, hot showers, avoiding allergens, all possible to help and if not helping seek formal medical consutaltion
