Sounds like a : Tendinitis or inflammation along the inside of the elbow region known as a medial epicondylitis which may also aggravate the ulnar or " funny bone" nerve. Less likely a pinched nerve from a neck problem but if OTC meds, stretching and icing the region does not help, seek the opinion of your doctor or an orthopedic surgeon for the correct diagnosis and course of treatment.
