Pain: Although arm pain can be related to cardiac problems this sounds neuromsuscular. Possibilities would include impingement of nerve at the neck (radicular pain), shoulder (subacromial impingement), elbow (ulnar neuropathy), wrist (carpal tunnel). If she is having any associated chest pain on SOB she should be seen.

3 days ago I felt a sharp pain on my elbow when over-extended, I then went to sleep. For 2 days Ive been feeling numbness and tingling when lying down, even numb&pain radiating to my pinky and ring finger. What should I do, will it go away by itself?
