I think i have a severe case of ringworm. it started on my forearms, where i scratched it vigorously, & it spread along my arms to near my pits. it is now on my chest, upper back, neck, & now on my face, where 2 nights ago, it swelled my left cheek?

Your symptoms are not typical of ringworm and it would be prudent to see a doctor.
