I think i have a severe case of ringworm. it started on my forearms, where i scratched it vigorously, & it spread along my arms to near my pits. it is now on my chest, upper back, neck, & now on my face, where 2 nights ago, it swelled my left cheek?

Skin issues usually require a direct exam or location/color/raised or flat/exposure history/ past attempts to treat/etc. Your post gives locations with nothing else. You will likely just need to be examined.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms are not typical of ringworm and it would be prudent to see a doctor. You may try over the counter antifungal skin cream, but I would urge you to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Wish you good health!
