Could be almost anyt: Could be almost anything. Low glucose not likely w/metformin & januvia, (sitagliptin) but glucose could be high. High BP possible. Low BP possible if on meds. You can check for all of these. Simple viruses and sinusitis, etc. Are also common. Most of these episodes will resolve by themselves.

Make sure: Your blood sugar is not too low for you. Closely monitor yourself.Need to discuss with your endocrinologist if you need to adjust dose or not. Or it could be something else
