Become pregnant?: Removing the gallbladder has no effect on fertility/pregnancy. If you have gallbladder problems to start with, pregnancy may worsen the symptoms. If already pregnant when you find out you have gallbladder problems, most surgeons would prefer to wait until after the pregnancy to remove the gallbladder as there is less risk for the baby.
