Ask your surgeon: I don't think it is related to your gallbladder surgery. However, since your surgeon has seen your belly more than anyone else- ask them. It is more likely abdominal muscles that need strengthening. There are a lot of publications on the market to help you get stomach muscles back in shape through exercise. Maybe a fitness membership w a trainer to teach you them would be useful.
