Diet is best: If you're having biliary symptoms while pregnant, your best approach is a very low fat diet, to reduce the activity of the gb. If miserable, surgery can be done in 2nd trimester. I make some adjustments, e.g. lowering the laparoscopic pressure, and placing the initial port in the RUQ, avoiding the uterus. See a board certified surgeon, and I suggest a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
