Heart unlikely: Please see your health care provider to assess but the history goes against it being a heart issue.

Reflux esophagitis v: heart attack pain may be similar in character. However, due to your young age, cardiac disease is less likely but still possible. Please ask your doctor to obtain an EKG and evaluate you for cardiac risk factors, ie, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, tobacco use, family hsitory

I had an egd for nausea and burping and chest burning in August 2022. Nothing showed up. He did not see anything. I still have the symptoms. I have had heart tests, mri scans, egd, colonoscopy. No reflux on egd. Could this be symptoms of anxiety?
