Atypical chest pain.: Atypical chest pain most commonly from acid reflux with esophageal irritation or ulcer, costo chondritis that is inflammation of the cartilage in the chest wall. Anxiety itself can cause chest pain. Your age and associated medical problems would be helpful to narrow down the problems.

An abnormal EKG with normal variation means a heart condition? Does anxiety cause abnormal EKG? I was having chest pains frequently, sometimes that comes and goes. Diagnose with acid reflux. Passed the stress test and my chest x-ray looks fine?
