Aspirin?: Aspirin can cause about 30% patients who use it hypersensitive - including development of hives. Have you used a new lotion or perfume? Chemicals on the skin may have changed the way the sun reacted to the skin already sensitized to the aspirin. With your listed medications, I would certainly check in with your doctor if this happens again or you start having hives/swelling of lips/eyelids.
