No: Your skin will be fine in a few days. Initially, you will have a red, itchy bruise but this will go away. Just don't pick the blister or subsequent scab and don't scratch. Those actions can cause a scar and infection. If you're allergic to bee stings or pollen, however, see your doctor because you may get a more involved localized reaction.

Bee Sting: No, a bee sting will resolve without problems. Sometimes a very small discoloration or scar may result, but this is not likely.
